Shipping Rates

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.95 for all orders within the United States. This rate is designed to keep shipping straightforward and affordable for our customers.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Eco-Friendly Shipping

We strive to minimize our environmental footprint by using sustainable and recyclable materials for packaging whenever possible. By choosing eco-conscious packaging solutions, we aim to protect the planet while delivering your products safely.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@keepitnon-toxic.com within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@keepitnon-toxic.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for the damaged items.

Return & Exchange Policy

Candle Orders

All candle orders are final sale, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items. This policy helps us maintain the quality and safety of our handcrafted products.

Apparel Orders

We allow size exchanges for apparel items if they don’t fit as expected. To request a size exchange:

  • Contact us at info@keepitnon-toxic.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the item to us, and we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.

Store Credit Option

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we’re happy to offer store credit that can be used for future purchases. Store credit requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at info@keepitnon-toxic.com with your order details to initiate the process.
